The following is made in lieu of all express or implied rights, warranties, conditions, statutory or otherwise.  Seller’s and manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective.  Neither seller or manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use or inability to use the product.  Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for the intended use, and the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith.

The foregoing may not be altered except by an agreement signed by the officers of the seller and the manufacturer.
